Ken Swartz has been living and performing in New Orleans for 15 years and with his band ,THE PALACE OF SIN ,since storm Katrina.Keeping alive the earliest blues and mixing New Orleans and original music as well.They have been a favorite in clubs on Frenchman street for years.
